Pam Hogg is a Scottish fashion designer, musician, and artist. She emerged from the vibrant 1980s London club and punk scene and has since earned a reputation as one of Britain's most original and provocative designers. She is often referred to as the "Caledonian Queen of Cling" due to her extensive use of form-fitting materials like PVC, Lycra, and stretch jersey. 

Known for her bold, rebellious, and flamboyant aesthetic featuring catsuits and bodysuits with punk and new wave influences.

Hogg launched her first collection in 1981, selling her designs in iconic London boutiques like Hyper Hyper and later opening her own shop in Soho. Her work has been worn by a wide range of musicians and celebrities, including Debbie Harry, Kylie Minogue, Björk, Lady Gaga, and Rihanna.
